Refund policy
Returns
We pack our orders with love and check over each piece to ensure you receive the very best products to wear with confidence.
We do understand when buying online finding the right size for you can be difficult without trying on. If your order isn't the right size for you, send it back to us with a return post parcel and we will happily send you another size once your order has been received to us.
Return Requirements
-Unless faulty, no refund sorry
-Products must be unwashed, unworn, unstained and in the same condition that you received it.
-Products must have all tags, including FLY vibe hand tag attached and in the original packaging.
-Sale products can not be returned.
-Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (Store Credit Note Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your store account within 5 business days. If you do not receive your store credit within this period, please contact us at jade@flyvibe.com.au. Please note we do not offer any form of cash refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jade@flyvibe.com.au and send your item to: FLY vibe, GPO Box 2442, Brisbane, QLD 4001, Australia.
Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to: FLY vibe, GPO Box 2442, Brisbane, QLD 4001, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
